Another quick and simple one from me.

I seem to be having a moment where I need to change my nails every other day and am loving being able to wear colours that I haven't worn in a while!

This one was my new favourite a few months ago, I wore it all the time and if it chipped I'd just redo it in the same colour.....for weeks!

It's a perfect day/evening/weekend shade as it seems to go with absolutely anything and every occasion.

We both received the absolutely amazing bumper box of goodies for Christmas so will slowly be making our way through all of the products.

This weeks review is of their well known hand cream 'Hand Food'.

They claim it is a 'super-silky gorgeously-scented non-greasy hydrating hand cream featuring fennel and lotus flower extracts'

When using it you should 'relish in the delightful aromas of fresh bergamot, strawberries and mandarin, with floral and fruity midnotes, and musk, amber and warm vanilla'

Ombre Effect NOTD

Hey there all. I've had a few days off work so have caught up on reading blogs and decided to try some nail art. After reading the amazing PolishYouPretty blog I was inspired by one of the their first tutorials, a look they've called an ombre nail. Simple but effective.

How good does that look. I had to give it a go. To do this nail art you start by choosing a neutral base colour.  I opted for OPI tickle me francey (don't you just love the OPI names). Once your base coat has dried cover around your nails with tape. This just stops you covering the fingers with the dark colour. I used ordinary sellotape and it work just fine.
