Barry M Nail Polish - Mini Reviews!

Hey all!

If you follow us on Instagram (@thecsigirls) you will have seen my current obsession with Barry M nail products, I've been testing out many different colours and effects and here are a few mini reviews of a few I have used recently.

This beauty is Ruby Slippers, it's a red/pink glitter shade with a semi-matte finish. I wore it allllllllllllll over Christmas and well into the new year, it was probably inappropriate to wear it then but it's such a lovely colour I couldn't resist - and who doesn't want to prolong Christmas??

I'd say this would need 3 coats for full opacity but 2 will probably be ok too. It didn't stain my nails underneath and wasn't too difficult to remove as the glitter pieces are so small.

It probably lasted 3-4 days without top up, but at least with glitter it is so easy to fill in chips and just do another layer to get by!

I love it, I'd wear it more often if I could. Now there's been a bit of a break since Christmas I'll be getting it back out again.

Next one is a Molten Metal nail polish, this one is called Gold Digger. These are chrome effect with mirror shine foil finish = basically this means they are super shiny!!

I was immediately drawn to the gold because I'm a gold girl at heart. Most of my jewellery is gold and every kind of metallic finish on a bag, shoe etc is normally gold by choice.

Again I think this was 2 coats because although it would probably need 3 you can't see too much because it is so shiny, I think I was a magpie in a previous life. I like the effect of these and they'd be great for Christmas party season (albeit the one in 10 months time!)

However although I love it I didn't love it as much as I thought I would. There is another Molten Metal that has beaten this one to the top spot for me! Check back next week to see which one it is....

Last but absolutely not least for today's mini reviews is Enchanted. This is a Boots Limited Edition polish so if you like the look of this I'd grab one quick - I'm so in love with it i might buy another bottle!

The red/copper absolutely-perfect-for-Autumn colour reminds me of the changing colours of leaves on trees and crackling fires, and if you know me in real life you will know how much I love watching fire, candles included. It just fascinates me and I love the colours that are created.

Every time I looked at this in a different light it was a different colour and I surprised myself with how much I liked it.

2 coats for opacity and it was good to go for almost the entire week with a good top coat. I'm still obsessed and still wearing it, it has gone out of my local Boots but it's still on the website with the other limited edition bottle called Snowflake which is a silver version

All in all some really great polishes for £3.99 or most likely less seeing as they are often on offer in the various stores they are sold in.

Which one is your favourite? Have you tried any?

I've got another post with a triple review next week too!
