Freedom Pro Lipstick Palette - Naked

Hey all
Long time no post from me. Life has been a little hectic lately and I’ve just not found the time to write. I’ve got so many posts I want to write but decided to start with the  Freedom ProArtist pro lipstick palette as there are two up for grabs in our birthday giveaway (post here).

We’re big fans of bargain make up so when we saw the lipstick palettes we both got them, L grabbed the red and I got the nudes. Since then we’ve both gone back and got them both because we loved our original ones.
The palette retails for £10 (thought often on 3 for 2 in superdrug so you can get it even cheaper) and comes with 24 different shades in there. I didn’t know what to expect from the palette as I’ve never bought any lipsticks before from freedom or ever owned and lipsticks in palette form (with the exception of the cheap makeup I purchased aged 12 that came in a silver  case, did anyone else have one of these as a kid horrific cheap make up?). They have different textures in the palette with 8 being matte shades and 16 sheer shades. The matte aren’t super matte and are comfortable to wear.

These photos show two of the shades on my skintone. I especially love the darkest one!

Here you can see all the colours swatched (without flash and with!). Some shades aren’t as pigmented as other so I’ve not really worn those and some are too light on my skintone but overall I love most of the colours. There are a great range from pinks, peach and darker nudes. I’ve been more drawn to the darker nudes but I think as the weather warms up some of the peaches will definitely appeal to me more.

They last on the lips really well but as you can imagine it’s not something I stick in my handbag so I don’t top them up throughout the day. I’ve been using an angled brush from H and M to apply them and it picks the product up really well and makes it easy to get a crisp line. I wasn’t sure I’d like a lipstick palette as I thought using it would annoy me but I love so many of these colours that I’m addicted to it.

Have you tried these? If not enter our giveaway and you could win the red and nude palette.
