Whenever that Lush invite pops up in our inbox to see the new products we get saving the penny's and get excited to get stuck into lots of new goodies! L couldn't make it this time so I popped along on my own excited to stock up on my favourite from last year yog nog soap (only to find heartbreak as it's not made this year!!! Why lush why!! But the lovely ladies on twitter have put in a request to lush kitchen so I'm crossing everything!!)
Annnyways, there are plenty of new goodies I still had to pick up!
How cute is snowie!!!!I love the Bowie tribute on this one. I love the events and hearing the stories behind the creation of the products!
Santa's belly returned this year! Complete with a little gold belt on the ones you take home. I love the scent of this but the Snowman Shower Jelly smelt even better and ended up in my bag of purchases!
Santa baby is an amazing cold lip scrub which I've eaten about two pots of! They've now bought out the matching Lip Tint. I love that the lip stints come in screw up packaging now as it makes them so much easier to apply. I was lucky enough to have a santa baby lip tint in my goody bag. It's an amazing bright red perfect for the holidays and lasts sooooo well!! Sugar plum fairy is a new addition scrub and lip tint and tastes even better than santa baby! As an extra bonus it also only have 7 ingredients!!
I was happy to see Christingle back as I'm sure you've heard us both mention our love of minty products. I have a pot of this left over from last year I've been saving but will be getting stuck into now. For all the Snow Fairy Lovers there is also a Snow Fairy Body Conditioner this year. I really love the body conditioners especially in winter as I'm so lazy when it comes to putting on body lotion as I hate being cold when it sinks in.
Yog log has been bought out in a roulade this year so if you're missing the sent you can still purchase it!
I love discovering new mixes of products. I like snow fairy but I don't love it.......but mix it with lord of misrule shower gel (only available till 31st Oct) and you have an amazing winnning combination. I've since popped back to the store and purchased lord of misrule so that I can mix the two together!! I never think to mix scents but I'll be trying it out more. Lush shower gels are more expensive but for me as they are cruelty free and the scent really lasts on the skin they are worth it. They lather really well so do last a while too!
So that's a speedy round up. I need to pop in again soon as I didn't get to stay for the whole event so missed some amazing bits I'll be going in to buy like the Santasaurus Bubble bar!!
Have you tried any of the seasonal products?? On Lorna's love it Lord of Misrule Bath Bomb I tried it and I'm totally hooked too. I can't believe I've not tried it before now.
Love M
